    TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WORKSHOP

    1) Payment Policy
    All workshop fees must be paid in full before the workshop start date. Payment can be made via online banking as specified by the workshop organizer. All fees are non-refundable, except in the case of workshop cancellation by the organizer.

    2) Early Bird Discounts
    Participants may be offered early bird discounts if they register and pay by a specific date. Participants who register after the early bird deadline will be subject to the full workshop fee.

    3) Group Discounts
    Group discounts may be offered to participants who register together with minimum 3 partcipants. The group discount will be applied to the total fee for all participants in the group. The workshop organizer reserves the right to limit the number of participants eligible for group discounts.

    4) Refund Policy
    Workshop fees are non-refundable, except in the case of workshop cancellation by the organizer. In the event of workshop cancellation, participants will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for missed sessions or early departures.

    5) Transfer Policy
    Participants may transfer their registration to another person up to a specified date before the workshop start date. Participants may also transfer their registration to a future workshop, subject to availability and the organizer's approval. Transfer requests must be made in writing to the workshop organizer.

    6) Cancellation or Postponement
    The workshop organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the workshop for any reason. In the event of cancellation or postponement, participants will be notified as soon as possible and may receive a full refund or be given the option to transfer their registration to a future workshop.

    By registering for the workshop and making payment, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
